One of my earlier attempts at some easier floral designs plus vases found at Oriland, some of which are available for free. You should try your hand at it!

Big Rose

I folded this rose for Beebee for Valentines Day *blush*. A huge piece of paper, about A-3 size was used. It is based on a modified rose diagram by Kunihiko Kasahara in his origami book Origami for the Connoisseur , who is a favourite author of mine. I highly recommended his books.

Caterpillar

The catepillar and leaf was based on designs by Maarten van Gelder. This is the smallest caterpillar I could make, about 1/2 the size of a pencil.

Geometric Balls

The geometric balls are also based on Kunihiko Kasahara’s diagrams found in his origami book Origami Omnibus. The balls here are generally made up of 12, 24 and 30 pieces of paper. It can take a little bit of time but are fun to make.

Small Geomatric Ball

This was the smallest origami ball I have attempted to make. Its a little smaller than 1/2 a 5 AUD cents piece. It is made up of thirty pieces of really tiny paper. It took me about 3 days to make it with the help of tweezers.

Wisdom Centres

My very first attempt at creating my own origami design. Yay! The wisdom centres unit was made with 2 square pieces of paper join together with a certain kind of fold without using glue. It was joined after the ball was placed inside.
